“Just returned from the Casa and had an amazing time. The house, the food, the setting - all mind blowing. Best of all, I am a fishing geek and the fly fishing in the lagoon (the Sian Ka'an), across the road from the Casa is incredible. Great local guides picked me up at the dock and we targeted all the flats species - bonefish, permit, snook, and tarpon - literally minutes from the house. This combo of extraordinary fly fishing plus the beautiful setting (not to mention all that privacy) would be hard, if not impossible, to beat anyplace else. I'm going back as soon as I can!!!”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible home in Tulum, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. We hadn’t been to Tulum in 16 years and had heard a lot about it being overdeveloped, but it’s still the heaven on earth it always was—especially when staying out of the party zone in the serene nature reserve. Every detail of the property was thoughtfully designed to flow with the lush natural surroundings. The feeling is modern but warm with wood and earth tones, we felt very peaceful here with the most gorgeous beach steps away. The many outdoor living areas of the property were my favorite. Perfect for what I was looking for in a vacation, morning yoga, long meals, reading a good book, and just soaking in the connection to nature. The two swimming pools are exquisite, and the rooftop is a dream for sunsets and stargazing. The rooms were thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation and the canopied beds were heaven. Better to rent an SUV for the rough Tulum roads. We made the mistake of not, could still easily get back and forth from town, but it would have been faster with an SUV. The staff truly made the trip unforgettable. Lizete handled everything—from booking incredible dinner spots (don’t miss Arca) to setting up the most magical boat tour with Hector (aka “The Little Fish”). We met his boat at the dock just across the road. We glided through the biosphere spotting exotic birds, crocodiles, and even manatees, before ending the day floating down a dreamy lazy river. This trip was beyond luxury, a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. I’m already dreaming of coming back.”

“Spent a week in this private resort style home with full staff, amazing views, unbelievable architecture, views of both bodies of water, two pools and the rest and relaxation that we so desperately needed. If you are looking for privacy with amazing beach front and amenities you will find everything you need here. I left the proprty once during our stay and regretted it immediately as the house was the escape without all the tourists. I can not wait to go back!”

“I stayed at Casa Kaab Kaan with my wife and children last August during the "off" season. We saw sea turtles hatching on the beach! The house manager arranged for a boat to pick us up (on the lagoon side of the property) so we could do the "mayan river float." We saw sea-cows on the way! My son wrote about this experience for his 3rd grade project. Also to mention- the food at the house was healthy and delicious.”
