• Company refers to ANANA Hospitality S.A.S. de C.V., operating under the brand ANANA Homes, with registered offices in Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.
• Guest refers to any person who makes a booking through ANANA Homes or uses our concierge services.
• Property refers to any holiday rental listed on the ANANA Homes platform.
• Service refers collectively to the website, booking platform, and concierge services provided by ANANA Homes.

2. Acknowledgment

By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by ANANA Homes. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from us.

• Prices are quoted in the currency displayed and include applicable taxes
• A security deposit may be required prior to check-in
• All payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers
• Rates are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property and season. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your booking will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. General guidelines:

• Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival: full refund of deposit
• Cancellations 30–60 days before arrival: 50% refund of total booking value
• Cancellations fewer than 30 days before arrival: no refund
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ANANA Homes. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
